The Tsar Tank! Lovely mechanism, designed by N. Lebedenko in 1914. Certainly one of the strangest tank, with a distinctive steampunk-friendly shape, a full 40-ton battle machine with two very large wheels 9 meters in diameter.

The Tsar Tank , also known as the Netopyr' which stands for pipistrellus (a genus of bat) aka They see me rollin', They hatin' :), was an unusual Russian armoured vehicle developed by four Russian millitary engineers from 1914 onwards. The project was scrapped after initial tests deemed the vehicle to be underpowered and vulnerable to artillery fire.
