The Tsar Tank , also known as the Netopyr' which stands for pipistrellus (a genus of bat) aka They see me rollin', They hatin' :), was an unusual Russian armoured vehicle developed by four Russian millitary engineers from 1914 onwards. The project was scrapped after initial tests deemed the vehicle to be underpowered and vulnerable to artillery fire.
