Here's a rarity, the T-44 tank. This bad boy was manufactured in 1944 to replace the T-34 but for logistics reasons it entered the war during the last stages. Two versions were made, one with the barrel of 85mm and another with one 100mm.

Romanian main battle tank TR-85M1 The turret is fitted with two six-barreled 81mm smoke grenade launchers and two four-barreled flare launchers. The system can create a thick smoke that blocks both vision and thermal imaging. The tank is also equipped with a smoke screen generator that is triggered by the driver. When activated, diesel fuel is injected into the hot exhaust, creating the thick smoke. (by Ionut Imbrea)
