Michael Wittman, Greatest Tank Ace of All time! With ??? destroyed enemy tanks and ??? anti-tank guns and field artillery pieces Hauptsturmführer Michael Wittmann was by far the most successful tank commander of the Second World War. He had a combination of acute observation with strategic and tactic intuition, and was able to create surprise assaults and cause havoc which threw his enemy totally off balance. Can you guess, how many it was?

Tiger 213 and me, at "La Gleize", Belgium. This KönigsTiger was left behind after the gun was destroyed during the last stand of Kampfgruppe Peiper during the battle of the bulge. It was SS-Obersturmführer Helmut Dollinger's tank and was used in the defense of the Werimont Farm. (by Bart Van Wonterghem)
