PzKpfw. 35 After the Wehrmacht captured 244 of these tanks from Czechoslovakia, they deployed the capable vehicles against Poland and France. Despite being under armed and armored, this tank proved to be extremely reliable and added punch to the attacks of German troops in those countries. However, the bitter Russian winters hastened their deterioration and new Soviet T-34s proved to be superior in every way to the aging Czech tanks.
